Has something changed in the last several days, weeks, or months? Need to update your sign up preferences? Or, more importantly, did you receive an email from us asking you to give us more information so we can send you your personalized whisk(e)y recommendations?
Below are step-by-step instructions on how to do just that!
1. Find the latest email from us (contactus@whiskeymeup.com).
It could be the email we sent you to update your signup profile, or it could be any other email from the address: “contactus@whiskeymeup.com”.
2. Find and click on the link to update your profile.
In the email we sent you because we’re missing some key information, the link is prominently located in the body of the text:
If you’re accessing another Whiskey Me Up email, then scroll to the bottom of the email, in the footer section. There, you’ll find a link named “update subscription preferences”.
Both of these links will take you directly to your sign up profile, where you can update your information.
3. Look over your signup profile and make sure everything is filled in and accurate.
Remember, we use the information you provide to recommend the right whisk(e)ys for your Whiskey Persona ™. So, if your gender changes… or if your 3 personality traits change, your Whiskey Persona might change as well. And, if your Whiskey Persona changes, our recommendations to you will change.
Please note: If your profile is missing the personality traits, that’s probably why we’ve emailed you to update it. Please select three (3) traits that you most identify with so we can get started! (Reasons we need your birthday is so we know you’re of legally drinking age AND so we can send you something special on your birthday.)
4. Click “Update Profile”.
5. You’re all set!
Once you see the confirmation page, then you’re all set! We’ll send you your personalized recommendations shortly after receiving your updated information. If you have questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us (contactus@whiskeymeup.com).
